A fascinating red wine from the Loire, made from the principal grapes Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau, which all too often end up in rosés and blends. The extra kick of freshness stems from the field blend of co-planted grapes. This is a fruit-forward red wine with a slightly grippy quality, thanks to its rounded tannins.
