Shipping & returns
For shipment, we work with DPD. You will receive a track & trace code in your email to track your order. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DPD will try again the next day. After two unsuccessful attempts, you can reschedule a new delivery within 7 days through DPD (https://www.dpd.com/nl/nl/ontvangen/niet-thuis/). If there is no response to a new delivery attempt, the package will be returned to De Wijnwinkel. We are happy to resend the package, but shipping costs will apply.
Upon delivery, you are obliged to check whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform De Wijnwinkel within five working days by email.
If it is proven that the products do not comply with the agreement, De Wijnwinkel has the choice to replace the relevant products upon their return with new products or to refund the invoice value.
If you do not wish to accept a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product to De Wijnwinkel within 14 working days after delivery. Returns will only be accepted in this case if the product is undamaged, and the cost of returns will be at your expense. Incorrect entry of address and delivery details are at the expense of the consumer.
We ship our products via DPD when possible, and in secured Vinologix packaging. As a result, the shipping costs are slightly higher than you might expect, but the chance of breakage during transport is minimal.

Delivery times:
De Wijnwinkel delivers in the Netherlands within 3 working days. In other countries, delivery may take up to 5 working days.
Returns:
Orders can be returned within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days provided the product is unopened and undamaged.
Glass ware are an exception, they cannot be returned.
In case of an incorrect bottle: please notify us by email at bestellingen@wijnwinkel.com, or contact us by phone 020 638 0157 and we will refund your money or send you a new bottle as soon as possible.
