Direct pressing. Two days of skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel for 12 to 14 days. Aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 500L for the callet and mantonegro. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel for the monastrell.
