A collaboration between Elio Altare & Simone Bonanni. This wine shows salty notes due to the vineyard’s constant exposure to ocean breezes, as well as a strong minerality. The vines grow on a unique rocky soil, and the resulting wines are citrusy with scents of grapefruit, as well sage and other Mediterranean herbs. Good acidity gives a pleasant freshness to the wine; very drinkable upon release, but should also age very well.
