A stunning orange wine by Atlasland, which is somewhat unique as they otherwise don't macerate white grapes. Apparently, these grapes begged for it, as the 2022 harvest of a this field blend yielded extraordinarily "sun-drenched" fruit.

Harvested early in the morning, ensuring freshness. Soaked in an open top fermenter with the whole bunches. Pressed as fermentation started after 3 days. Transferred to barrel with 15-month aging.
