Jan and Barbera aka De Goede Vissers gather their Wilde Wadoesters when the sea retreats and the oyster banks show their bounty. Jan and Barbera are one of the last remaining small scale oyster fisher's in the Wadden region. The Wilde Wad Oyster is actually an exotic species hailing from Japan and it thrives in our conditions. They grow in such numbers that it is impossible to harvest too much, if you do this by hand. These super tasty, Creuse like oysters will be coming in fresh every friday at 14h00 this December.
