Moulin-à-Vent produces slightly riper red Beaujolais wines, making it one of the more sought-after and pricey areas for vine cultivation in the region. This is one of the reasons why Angela and Hugo have now sold their vineyard there. In any case, we are very fortunate to have acquired the last batch of Moulin-à-Vent. Expect a rounder Beaujolais with well-integrated tannins and dark fruit notes.
