Gimonnet's ‘Millésime de Collection’ only comes out once in a while. The last Collection we received was 2005. This means that only the best years are candidates for this collection. According to the winemaker, the creation of this cuvée takes "manic intransigence at all stages of development ". The result is a stunning glass of wine with wonderful layered complexity.
