Gastronome 2018

Historically created for catering (to accompany a meal), this cuvée is produced with "small mousse". It means that they add a lower amount of sugar at the bottling period, so the internal pressure after fermentation in the bottle will be lower and therefore bubbles are finer. This concept of “fine bubble” doesn’t disturb the palate and taste buds; rather, bubbles are more gentle, smooth and give this “creamy texture”. It is an excellent Champagne, perfect for an aperitif, which will flourish throughout the meal and surprise your guests. This cuvée expresses remarkably well the “Gimonnet” style; freshness, elegant and well balanced.
