It probably already started to dawn, but Luis Guil takes a lot of inspiration from surf slang. Hence the 'Dude'. An unorthodox rosé, mainly because of the rather generous use of oak. This makes for a ballsy rosé that's open to lots of food pairings and stands its ground in a line-up of fuller-bodied reds.
