After a hailstorm hit the vineyard, Cati harvested the surviving grapes (Callet, Escursac, Gorgollassa, Esperó de Gall and Mantonegro) and direct-pressed them to make this heroic rosé. Cambuix is a Mallorquin word for “bed head” because after the storm, the vineyard resembled exactly that! Full of pomegranate, cranberry and white strawberries wrapped up in watermelon juice. Some salinity and mineral freshness in the aftertaste. Delicious!
