Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20-25 days. In the month of December, the wine is stored in an oak barrel, with a capacity of 30hl, where it will age for a total of 24 months. After decanting in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled without filtration or clarification.
