One very typical thing about this winemaker is the graceful way he grows his vines. Some grow irregularly, like small trees, and Filippo is perfectly fine with that. This wine is produced from such 'untamed' vines and has a clear white and yellow fruit flavour with a saline finish, thanks to the vineyard's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.
