For this Surfer by Marinho the grapes come from a single vineyard and during harvest specific bunches were specifically hand-selected for it. Saline, very mineral and with hints of stone. Fresh fruit with a spot-on intensity.

Vinification

An eight day whole-cluster maceration took place in a 1000lt vessel. Fermentation in 10 year old oak barrels. The wine aged in barrel for 11 months and aged an additional year in bottle before release.
