Did you know that our beloved Chianti winemaker, Corzano e Paterno, also has sheep grazing in his vineyard? The vines are also shaded by some very old olive trees. From these, the family has been producing high quality olive oils for many years. This is their classic olive oil, with the delicate, grassy flavour so typical of Tuscany.
