Vinification

Rocche dell’Annunziata underwent a maceration with the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 20 days. Afterwards, the wine was placed in barrique, 30% new and 70% second and third passage, where it rested for a total of 24 months. After decanting in stainless steel tanks, the wine was bottled for additional aging of over two and a half years.
