How do I cancel my subscription?
When you are logged in, you can go to the dashboard and you can easily adjust or cancel your subscription.
How does payment for my subscription work?
When you sign up for a subscription, the corresponding amount is automatically debited monthly via direct debit.
When will I receive my package?
We'll send your box every first Wednesday of the month. We ship your package via DPD. They will try to deliver the package the next day or at the latest, two days later. On the day of delivery, DPD will inform you about the 1-hour time slot in which the driver will deliver your package. PLEASE NOTE: as you will be receiving alcohol and you must be 18 or older, the driver may ask for a valid ID to check the age limit of 18 years. Have your ID ready for this purpose.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our packages are shipped via DPD. If no one is present at the location, DPD will try to deliver the package again on the next business day. In the DPD tracking email, you will have the option to change the date or delivery address. If no action is taken, it will be offered a second time at the first address. If no one is home during delivery, the package will be returned.
Can I choose the wines for my package myself?
No, this is not possible. We choose a delicious selection of wines every month, ranging from white, red, orange, or sparkling. We always take the season or any holidays into account. If you would like a custom subscription, this is possible starting from €250 per month. If interested, please contact us by phone or email.
What is the value of the wine in the monthly selection?
Depending on your chosen subscription, the total value of the wines will be equal to the amount you pay monthly. However, individual bottles may differ in price.
How much discount do I get when I sign up for a subscription?
We offer a lower price for the total value of the wines, including shipping, which is lower than when you buy the bottles online on our website.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, the shipping costs are included in your subscription.
Can I indicate which color wine I want?
No, this is not possible. We choose a delicious selection of wines every month, ranging from white, red, orange, rosé, or sparkling. We always take the season or any holidays into account. What is the ratio of colour in my wine subscription?
The ratio varies every month depending on the season and any holidays.
Is consideration given to holidays?
Yes, if there is a holiday or holidays in the month of your package, we will ensure that there is a selection of matching wines in your package.
What added value does a subscription have?
Subscription has many extras: • You don't have to make a selection yourself • We choose a delicious and varied selection of wines for you every month. • Discover new flavors and get an idea of our assortment. • In your package, you will receive a card with all the information about the wines, including wine-food pairings. • Sit back and relax.
When could I expect my first case of wine?
You will receive your first wine case the following month starting from the date you bought the subscription. (e.g. You buy the subscription on April 2nd, you will receive your first case in May.)
