Alter Satz revives an old tradition of mixed planting. The wine is very aromatic and mineral. You can taste the origin of slate from the Mosel. In comparison to a plain Riesling, the wine is aromatically a little warmer and more floral. Stronger and rounder in the mouth, with a fine, slightly salty finish.
