Corzano e Paterno, known for their exceptional Chianti wines, also boast about 4000 olive trees that yield some of Italy’s finest olive oil. With a polyphenol content of 600mg/l to over 1000mg/l, Corzano e Paterno guarantees quality, health benefits and durability. For this olive oil, only olives from the Frantoio variety are used, known for being fruity and slightly spicy.
