Palhais is a wonderful style of rosé wine that has undergone a longer maceration and ageing process. This results in full-bodied rosé wines that are sometimes more tart and savoury in taste. This certainly applies to this Palhais by Beiorte, which combines dark berry fruit with a savoury, herbal character.
