This wine is made from newly acquired vineyards of Atlasland in Costa Vicentina. These are located on slightly elevated clayey land, where the vines are blessed and brushed by the Atlantic Ocean winds. This wine is made from the riper grapes of the vineyard, making it the white sibling of Atlasland's ZigZag. The grapes' ripeness allows for maturation on oak, making for a deeper, more meditative drinking experience. A gastronomic matchmaker.
