Een verhaal over goede wijn is altijd het verhaal van een maker die zijn hart volgt en daarbij grote hindernissen moet overwinnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">In order to be able to tell those stories, we decided to travel along these courageous entrepreneurs with a self-designed kitchen to cook with them on an open fire in their vineyard, under all kinds of weather conditions. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Since time immemorial, fire has been the great connector, revealer of the best stories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The wine from the producers has always been the starting point for what we cook in the vineyard. The recipes in De Wijnboer are simple and relate to where and when we are at that moment. The winemakers often joined the outdoor cooking, so we were inspired by their family recipes.
